The food was: I'm not sure Succulent (juicy) quite describes this particular evenings fare.........but, "The Best," certainly does. I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was certainly worth the drive, from Winfield, to attend. The book, with it's beautiful photos & delicious recipes , is absolutely "Succulent!"

The skills you learned were: I love all the little tips you always throw in like, how to tell if an avocado is good and how to get the most juice out of a lime etc. I enjoyed myself and had fun: I always enjoy the classes. That's what keeps me coming back!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: My only suggestion is for enrollment. My friends & I didn't know we had to sign up together to sit together. We arrived super early as we thought it was first come first pick. Your assistant was able to make some switchs & put us together, we really appreciated it. Why not have a spot on the enrollment page asking if you are signing up with a friend that you want to sit by,plus it would be nice to know your seat is set & you don't have to arrive early.
