The instructor was: He indicated he was nervous, but it wasn't obvious and he certainly didnt show it. I thought he did an excellent job and I would return for another of his classes and meal.

Complexity of the recipes: Recipe appeared easy and I made a few notes as he demonstrated. Hope I remember all when I try to prepare it!
