The instructor was: It was refreshing to hear some really funny stories & see that even a wonderful chef has some aha moments that need a little correction, which was delicious

Complexity of the recipes: We just bought an ice cream maker and now have a great recipe to use!

The food was: I never had watermelon and feta. It is wonderful!
