The instructor was: good to see the two work together---great pasta maker---made it look sooooooo easy--but realistically know it took him lots of practice to be as skilled as he was

Complexity of the recipes: I do not have a pasta maker---have only made noodles with grandmother's wooden rolling pin in the past. Also, don't know about making the ricotta cheese---but never know, I might try it.

The food was: I had thought after the Tuesday Class with Peter--"how will they ever beat the food in his class?" Well, both of the classes presented wonderful, tasty food!!! Was going to say esp. the shrimp cigars--but decided there was nothing I didn't really like.

The skills you learned were: would only hope making ravioli would be as easy as they made it look

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Didn't even realize that the class was running overtime---truly enjoyable evening.

Complexity of the recipes: Difficult to follow - They kept going back and forth, and was very unsure which dish went with which dish.

The instructor was: I enjoyed how easy it was to discuss questions and the detail that they gave in the answers....I learned a lot of new little tricks to make things better

The atmosphere was: It was a relaxed and fun atmoshphere and I enjoyed what both chefs brought to the presentation

Complexity of the recipes: The sauces really made the dishes, so I was glad they included detail on them

The food was: WOW....it was really a good meal.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I felt energized to go home and experiment.....

The instructor was: I know Josh was nervous, but didn't need to be. He did a great job & was very informative.

The skills you learned were: Wow, Brian was amazing with the pasta dough & just whipped out homemade ravioli...very impressive!
