Learned many new skills although I've cooked for years! Recipes are a real plus to add to my "collection." However, I have already enjoyed making several. Fellowship and instructor/helpers put the Cooking 101 class a real winner! Thanks so much.

I loved this class. Although I took the class as a treat for myself, but my family will definetly benefit :) My only comment would be I wish the class size was smaller. When the class has 15+ people in it, it makes working in groups a little challenging. I am looking forward to taking additonal classes. Bonnie has a wonderful, enthusiastic, passion for food and her teaching technique is very relatable and easy to incorporate into my daily cooking.

I'd highly recommend Bonnie's class. I learned new cooking techniques, met some fabulous people and had great fun. The class gave me a renewed spirit for the time I spend in my own kitchen. (And my husband is enjoying the new recipes as well.) Thanks Bonnie!

The instructor was: Bonnie is very entertaining and shares her knowledge in a non-intimidating way. She encourages her students with kindness.

The food was: We learned the basics of chopping vegetables and peeled & sliced apples. The apples were delicious and the appetizers of cheese & crackers were good, too.

The skills you learned were: Very informative. Learning the knife skills needed for cooking are lessons that will be used from here on. Great tips!

The food was: Apple was nice :) Actually, it was a knife skills class and we did not make food that evening.

The skills you learned were: Appreciated how she talked about how to clean some things and what parts of certain vegtables to use.

The instructor was: I liked how Bonnie paused to make sure we were all getting it - it wasn't just "the Bonnie show" - she was really teaching us and cared that we all understood the fundamentals of knife skills. So I can't really say she was very entertaining. When she did a seminar at my daughters school - she was very entertaining with a captive audience just sitting and watching.

The food was: We didn't really eat because we were chopping all night but I did really like the apple. :) Having cheese and crackers to snack on was nice.

The skills you learned were: So many new tips that I hope I can remember them all.

The instructor was: Bev really made the evening fun. She seemed to always be one step ahead of Bonnie. Great team of women at Bonnie's place!! Paula and Marcy were also a huge part of the night which I enjoyed seeing them react to all of Bonnie's request and every move.

The atmosphere was: Was totally surprised to see so many men. Awesome group we have and if you really listen to others around you, you can pick up fun tips from other attendee's as well.

Complexity of the recipes: No recipes last night; learing to use knives. (Had to answer the question).

The food was: I couldn't enjoy the food as much as I would have liked to. I ate before I went not knowing that "snacks" meant a meal!
