The instructor was: Very informative and I like that she doesn't mind answering questions while she's cooking.
Complexity of the recipes: I was concerned with how to tell when fish is done, so it was great to be able to see firsthand what it should look like.
The food was: I LOVED the trout almondine!! I can't wait to try it out.
The skills you learned were: I've always been scared to cook fish and didn't know how to tell when it was done. Now I feel I can cook it with confidence and not be scared that it will be underdone. I also didn't know that fish can be cooked with the skin on.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was quite entertaining! The time flew by and the fish was delicious!
