Additional comments and observations The instructor was: The unintended events are a lot more entertaining than when I do similar things in my kitchen -- but then I don't have Bev to help me clean up. The atmosphere was: A small oven fire always creates a fun atmosphere! The food was: Enjoyed all the fish preparations, but my favorite was the halibut with white truffle sauce. The skills you learned were: I'll never forget how to deal with an oven fire.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Very informative and I like that she doesn't mind answering questions while she's cooking. Complexity of the recipes: I was concerned with how to tell when fish is done, so it was great to be able to see firsthand what it should look like. The food was: I LOVED the trout almondine!! I can't wait to try it out. The skills you learned were: I've always been scared to cook fish and didn't know how to tell when it was done. Now I feel I can cook it with confidence and not be scared that it will be underdone. I also didn't know that fish can be cooked with the skin on. I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was quite entertaining! The time flew by and the fish was delicious!

Additional comments and observations The food was: Loved the trout and the tacos. Four courses of fish was really filling so do think that we were not able to truly enjoy how wonderful they all were. The skills you learned were: Now I know how to put out an oven fire!

Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: I can't wait to try them at home. I think they would be easy enought to do after work. The food was: It was all great, but the fish tacos were my favorite.
