The food was: Turkey was wonderful and I loved the presentation of the cranberry sauce on the orange - Cute!

The skills you learned were: Enjoyed seeing how he boned the turkey, however, in the interest of time I'm not sure I'll try it. Not sure I'm that brave - might just have to have dry breast meat.

The instructor was: Nice sense of humor.

Complexity of the recipes: For the most part, average ... some easy.

The food was: Best white turkey I've ever had! Squash was my least favorite, but I'm not much of a squash eater.

The skills you learned were: Especially appreciated the discussion about cooking white/dark meat. Using the apple corer to make the mushroom potatoes.
