The instructor was: Sure, Terry might have done more "talking" but what he said was pertinent ... appreciated that he could laugh at himself ... that cake took a lot of courage!

The food was: Loved everything ... but the cake was over the top ... FAB-U-LOUS

The skills you learned were: Spice substitutes for Greek vs Fattouche (sp) dressings; meringue can be set out at room temp for several hours and still be ok; Zatar spice for baked pita chips!!

The instructor was: What I enjoy about Terry is his willingness to share information with the class.
