The instructor was: Good sense of humor--eg. loved his reaction when it was pointed out that he left out the vanilla---gracious, funny and no vanity--was interesting to hear of his past.
The atmosphere was: Liked meeting new friends---love sitting with my "old" friends, but this was refreshing.
Complexity of the recipes: will try them this week Hope the pistachio ice cream comes with good instructions.
The food was: Liked the salad dressing and eggplant, but still not the one I remember enjoying at Angelo's and DeFazios. Not as dressing not as tangy, oreganoy--something, and egg plant not as chewy---something not the same
The skills you learned were: Wow, I usually stuff the large pasta shells and freeze them because it is so hard to stuff the tubes---and who wants more toys to do that when you use them so seldom---so now I will spilt my manicotti. Wow how easy is that?
I enjoyed myself and had fun: As Always---I come as much for the companionship as the meal and the recipes. Never have been disappointed by any of them
