The instructor was: Bonnie's disposition makes kitchen work fun! Constant banter, great anecdotes, and a very real approach to common problems (like not to freak out if you burn something, it CAN be saved) ensures taking another class from her!!
Complexity of the recipes: Already making them at home.
The food was: I really do not care for fish at all, but now I am not only confident in cooking it should the occasion arise, but I found it more than tolerable. I would go so far as to say- I might be a convert.
The skills you learned were: I have always had a terrible time figuring out the proper consistency of crust, thanks to Bonnie I can actually be sure of myself in that area now!
I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was a first time class and everyone was friendly and made my experience warm and fun!
