The food was: Most of the food was excellent, but I just can't do cucumbers. I know everyone else loves them, but cucumber is the one food I cannot do.

Complexity of the recipes: Except for the caramel sauce; I may tackle it but the alternative of using store bought made this recipe more accessible.
