The instructor was: Chef Ben George was very friendly and calm--having been at his other classes I had wondered how he could do prepare a meal without being our instructor!!! He did a great job!!

The atmosphere was: Love meeting new friends--6 of us knew each other and enjoyed meeting a \\\"new couple friend\\\" from ElDorado. Such a delight. The dimmed lights, candlelight, servers--all made an enjoyable evening.

Complexity of the recipes: Anxious to try to make them

The food was: Coming to Bonnie\\\'s on Valentines Day is the best--always know the food will be superb, fresh, hot, plated attractively.

The skills you learned were: This was not a "class" but an evening out--even though I took my usual photos to add to the recipes!!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Always good company at Bonnie\\\'s. There were lots of \\\"new\\\" people whom I am anxious to get to know at future classes.
