The instructor was: What a personable and refreshing chef who was so natural and down to earth--unlike many professionals who can be truly into themselves . Do you think it was his Kansas roots?
The atmosphere was: Ok, I tried to tag both Cheerful and fun, but it wouldn't let me---a lot of people missed out on a great class.
Complexity of the recipes: Jeremy made it all look so easy -- I have not yet tried the recipes yet---but certainly will. I do prefer the layman's format and instructions for recipes, but took a lot of notes--I hope I can read and understand them :-) I think I will practice both the souffle and the sauces soon so I don't forget.
The food was: Love fish, loved the recipe---wonderfully tasty and a beautiful presentation. I know son #2 and family will love it.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: Bonnie, I have never been disappointed with any of your classes. Great evening-- so glad I could be a part of the evening.
