The class exceeded my expectations. The recipes are challenging but NOT overwhelming. Some of the ingredients are quite different than I typically use and this was a great chance to be introduced to them. Both chefs gave clear explanations about the ingredients, techniques [about cutting, for instance] and answered plenty of questions in between. Talented, experienced chefs have great rapport with a wide range of interested amateurs! |
