All classes are hands-on unless indicated by "demonstration".
You will eat the food you make and in many cases you will have a 4-5 course meal. Please let us know at least 72 hours prior to class if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. We strive to accommodate to the best of our ability.
Hal's Kitchen does its very best to create a safe environment. We ask that you wear flat, closed toe shoes and appropriate attire for cooking. Please take caution when using knives and other kitchen equipment.
Taking leftovers home is not permitted at our facility unless indicated in class description; such as in a cake class.
Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the class. Any changes must be made AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS.
NO CANCELLATION WILL BE ACCEPTED IF MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DATE OF THE CLASS.
Prior to one week of class a refund may be given. From one week- 48hrs of class a class credit will be given.
