The atmosphere was: Kitchen full of ideas, I am stealing the behind the sink/stove ledge idea for my new kitchen, place settings fabulous. Love the countertop.
Complexity of the recipes: worked on quite a few. liked all, but don't think I'll ever have a potful of oil in my kitchen for frying anything. I don't die for fries.
The food was: the smoked chicken blew my socks off, so juicy and flavorful (with just salt and pepper). I'm definitely going to buy your smoker.
The skills you learned were: knives, proper slicing, dicing, julienne techniques, the holy trinity (culinary definition there), the tools, spice dating
I enjoyed myself and had fun: So much fun while learning.
