The instructor was: chef jessica and juan carlos were THE best!!!!!! - awesome, awesome, awesome

The atmosphere was: even when teaching us how to use the utensils properly, they made it interesting & fun

Complexity of the recipes: this was the consensus of ALL of us that we are going to make the dishes at home

The food was: one word: FANTAB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The skills you learned were: we THOUGHT we knew everything prior to - YEAH RIGHT!!!!
