Complexity of the recipes: when i first looked at all the ingredients i shuddered, but Jessica made it all easy and showed how each ingredient was important to the dish

The food was: the "gravy" and chutney were soooo good

The skills you learned were: using a scraper instead of my knife helped keep knife sharp. I forgot how great using the spices in their whole form made such a difference to the taste. I'm recommitted to the whole form.
