Chef,
Thank you for a fantastic experience yesterday. Brooke, Brielle & I enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Honestly, upon returning home, I have sent multiple recommendations out to friends and family suggesting Lake Geneva School of Cooking as a unique experience as a getaway for couples or families! As you know, word of mouth is the most successful form of marketing in your industry but, it is NOT something you can buy. It is all in delivering an "experience" which takes 110% and, you deliver! Your ability to make everyone feel "At Home" demonstrates your true professionalism. The fact that you take the time to remember the names of your guests and personalize the experience is as impressive as your culinary skills!
To be a successful entrepreneur in the F&B Industry one has to be talented in the front & back of the house. You deliver both! Your culinary skills are DELICIOUS and your hospitable demeanor is impressive!

We would recommend this class for someone with novice to intermediate cooking skills, but we still had a blast (my novice husband loved it. The music was great and the kitchen was well suited for a large group! I would like to take a more advanced class if you offer one. Let me know.....
