The recipes were complex enough to result in one of the best meals our group has ever had, yet Chef John and his team were there to assist all along the way. I booked us this class for my Boyfriend's 24th birthday and we had the most spectacular time he said that he had so much fun and that it was a 10/10 experience that he could have asked for! Chef John has an amazing way of making a giant room full of strangers feel like friends, family & CHEIFS at the end if the night! We will be doing this again! The evening was absolutely wonderful!! It was a girl's night out, we all love to cook and eat, oh and drink.........so this was just the perfect event for us!! Chef John was a fantastic host, a wealth of knowledge, a great entertainer and just plain fun. We all decided we'd love to do it again sometime, so hopefully it will work out. The food was delicious, the wine tasty and the kitchen relaxing and fun!!! Great time!! Thank you!!!

The entire staff was awesome! The setting and cooking area were perfect. Not only do you get to meet GREAT people this shows you can have a great time and cook excellent food.
But Chef John was the BOMB.... Great teacher, and funn of life!

My husband and I loved, loved, loved spending an evening with all of you. We went home and commented how Chefs John and Little John made everyone feel included and part of the festivities -- which is not always easy when there is a large group of people who already know one another. And Brianna and Holly were both charming and efficient at the same time. My husband doesn't normally drink wine,and I thought that I no longer liked Chardonnay, but what you poured changed our minds. I now am holding my knife properly and kneading dough! And my husband cannot wait to put some asparagus and corn on the grill -- and he keeps mentioning Romaine! Went out of my comfort zone by making dessert and had a wonderful, wonderful evening in every way. Entertaining, Knowledgeable, Learned New Skills, Drank Great Wine, Ate Wonderful Food. A perfect evening in every way. Thank You for sharing your talents and expertise and your very special brand of warmth. We'll be baaaaaaaaaack!

I thought Chef John was a fantastic teacher...he explained everything so well to all the participants. I appreciated the fact that he shared some of his history with all of us (family, work, and love for cooking), I felt that we "got to know him" in a very short amount of time. The menu was fantastic and I have already started planing an "event" with family/friends to "show off" the new skills that I've gained because of our evening with Chef. My husband and I are also looking forward to when we can come back up to visit for another "lesson....." this time we're going to bring friends! Thank you for a great night!
