Excellent theme and format for having groups work together, learn new skills, and have fun! Loved the opportunity to make sausage and see ways to use and season the meat! All staff members were fun, knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Great class!

I had such a great time with my mom and sister that we plan to make it a regular thing we do. Every dish was super tasty and so much fun to make. Great Job.

Our group had a blast. Loved all the recipes and can't wait to prepare them at home. We are now investing in a sausage making machine. See you soon!

The instructor was: My family had a lovely time and thank you so much for letting our son attend; it changed his life!

Complexity of the recipes: We had one of the easier pieces but there was plenty of opportunity to receive help and assistance.

The instructor was: Chef John was great. I learned a lot and got several pointers. Great Job Chef John

The atmosphere was: This was the best gift I have ever received and I had so much fun I can't wait to come back Friday.

Complexity of the recipes: It was a great time making and eating all of the different recipes. I really enjoyed making THE CHICKEN VESUVIO.

The food was: All of the different flavors were just outstanding. I repeat myself here I can hardly wait for my next class.

The skills you learned were: I know how to cook but I did learn some new things that will help me.
