Great experience. Chef John is awesome - entertaining and actually provides great tips on cooking and prep. I learned a few things and had a lot of fun. Awesome that high schoolers are involved and could see their confidence grow

Chef John is amazing. We had so much fun. Maybe to much fun he he!! Can’t wait to do it again. Already going to do the May 2nd one with some girlfriends. So recommend this to anyone looking to have a great time, amazing food and loads of fun.

This was probably the BEST tasting meal I've ever had, and most likely the PRETTIEST too! We really enjoyed helping to prepare and serve our course, as well as dining with the other attendees. Chef Lucia was a tremendous help, and Chef John was great about encouraging us and sharing helpful information. The recipes were less difficult than I would have thought for such an outstanding menu, and the recipes are something I can do at home. We will be back for sure!

My first experience with the school and I had a great time It was an especially nice way to spend Valentine's Day without being caught in a overcrowded restaurant with bad service due to holiday! The school is quaint.

Very nice facilities and great ambiance Complexity of the recipes: We made stuffed pork chops. I have never done this before and I wanted a challenge. They offered great instruction and the food turned out great! The food was: AMAZING!!!!! I enjoyed myself and had fun: I already have recommended this to friends!
