Great class, we enjoyed it and the desert surprise with our anniversary note in chocolate was very thoughtful.

Cooking with Chef John has become a New Years Eve family tradition ( yr 5 ) , regardless of the actual date!! It is such a feel good experience and we are always amazed by what good chefs we all become by the end of the evening. Menus are well balanced and delicious. Support staff as well as Chef John are totally encouraging in an easygoing and playful
style. And we love the music.....rock on!!!!

I wish I would've known the menu ahead of time so that I could've requested a vegetarian dish if necessary. I did think the prep part was really fun; however I felt like once it came time to eat the serving process was drawn out longer than needed. That being said it was a great experience. Hats off to Chef John who has an amazing personality. The whole team was very helpful throughout the evening. Thanks!!

Great atmosphere conducive to learning and socializing. Great wine selection both as part of the class and for sale. Wonderful recipes - overall a great experience. So glad we could finally take a class. It won't be our last!
