What a great way to spend an evening with friends! A perfect roll for Chef John...he made it sooo much fun. The music and dancing were the icing on the cake. Hoping to attend the Morel mushroom class

I might suggest to shorten the cooking time, because by the time we sat down for our beautiful and delicious dinner, I wasn't that hungry.
We did have a fabulous time and will definitely come back soon!

This was way more fun than Southern Seasons cooking classes. I enjoyed the hands-on experience and interactiveness of the chef instructor. Would definitely sign up for another class if visiting Lake Geneva again. i can't wait to make my first ravioli on my own. Thanks again for making this such a grand experience. Mary

John and LG are great teachers. Our friend, John Platz, had such a wonderful evening and the three of us are looking forward to the June 8th class. Even though Bob was tired from work and I was tired from setting up for the Benefit Ball, we both found the evening relaxing and so much fun. Thank you so much.

The instructor was: He made us feel welcome and very comfortable The atmosphere was: We were relexed and ready to try anything and we all worked well together. My husband and I couldn't stop talking about the wonderful time we had all the way home!! Complexity of the recipes: Not too hard but did present a challenge to get it accomplished in time. The food was: THE VERY BEST!!!! The skills you learned were: Learned how to actually make the pasta from start--had never done that. Learned how to present the dishes. Husband also had fun trying new dishes he never liked before. I enjoyed myself and had fun: Yes---had a simply wonderful time! We both want to do it again.
