Tapas Tuesday was Awesome!
Surprised my husband for his birthday and
Chef John supplied the festive atmosphere and treated us
like he knew us forever, even though it was our 1st
class. Will be back!

Have been wanting to take a class for a long time.really enjoyed it.what a great oportunity for people.I know my way around a kitchen but I always learn things and I llove the presentation of food.thank you so much.looking forward to the Julia Child class.

The evening was very enjoyable. Liked the way skills were incorporated with the evening. Maybe just a little more of that - helpful tools to have at home, more cutting skills are always good,and how do we hire Jake for clean-up? Just kidding!! My biggest realization - I need all new pots and pans. Maybe add a 3 minute blip on what to look for when purchasing cookware. All in all - an informative, fun time.

Complexity of the recipes: Easy to read and follow instructions. Just right for novices like Brian and I The skills you learned were: How to use a knife correctly was news to us. I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was a great group of people--everyone seemed to enjoy the cooking and were helpful
