Thank you so much for everything!! The setting is beautiful. The instruction was great. Even though I found the recipe I made complex it is because I am more of a novice. With assistance I was able to do it and was challenged in a good way !!! Thanks for the best grilling class ever!!!

A very fun class; although I think I overcooked the pound cake. I guess maybe the only comment would be more instruction for newbies/extreme beginners, like heat temps, to leave open vs close grill top, how to grill numerous items at a time. Maybe that is basic stuff, but I had no knowledge of any of this. I had fun and feel like I could pretty much replicate this meal at home and that was my goal! Thank you! Sally Radke

I was so impressed by this class and we WILL be back! I suggest getting a hotel room and making a night of it, because the wine keeps flowing and you'll get swept up having a good time! The fellow classmates were great, and the chef is fantastic! He is so personable and makes it a point to get to know each person and calls everyone by name. Our night was so much fun and very memorable!

We really enjoyed our cooking lesson and experience. We (5 ladies) have done them in Texas at various places, Sur La Table, Whole Foods, Central Market, etc. We all felt this was a wonderful and most favorite experience!! Thank you!

We really liked the experience and enjoyed talking with new people as we ate our dinner-conversation was great and great food! The only thing I wish we could have done differently was somehow been able to see how and have a "hands on" with the other courses, not just what we were assigned to cook.
