I would like to take one of the classes on sauces .. Hopefully sometime after May..

I took my daughter & daughter in love to the class.. The Chef was very helpful & put those at ease that were nervous about taking the class.. We all learned something new.. The Chef & those assisting Maggie, Nick, Ann & (I'm sorry I forgot the other woman) were very friendly & helpful too. Was a great learning experience in a relaxed fun environment.. All of us were already looking at upcoming schedule to take another class..
