Chef Dave, Karen, and David were friendly, enthusiastic, totally willing to listen and tailor the class to my tastes and skill level. I learned so much from them, some of immediate use, and others that are just great "back pocket" recipes for future parties. I got far more than I expected, and would recommend them to anyone.
