The instructor was very knowledgeable but sometimes took too much time to talk about detail. GREAT class overall though and I learned a lot.

my sister and i showed up for the class, but apparently she did not sign up correctly and we had to skip the class. the owner (?) was very nice, and gave us some egg rolls to snack on. we were bummed, but we will be signing up again as soon as possible!!! kathy vidal

It was a great experience all around. The instructor was knowledgeable and friendly and was not hesitant to answer questions, even if the weren't about the dishes we were preparing at the time. I will defiantly be signing up for another class soon, if I can find one available.

My concern is that I didn't feel an intimacy with the ingredients/food. I came to work hard. Cutting/slicing, etc helps me feel totally involved with the ingredients and recipe. This was more like tossing in the stuff that was already ready.

Very insightful class - I learned a lot of the subtleties that I didn't previously know when cooking Thai food. The casual/comfortable atmosphere at Thai Fresh made me feel at ease being around total strangers at a cooking class. I will definitely recommend one of Jam's cooking classes to my friends/family.

I think it would help to pair students around the burners based upon how spicy they like their food. I loved all the flavors, but the curry was too hot for me to enjoy.
I will be back, however. It was a wonderful evening.
