Hey Jam, I came with my boss, and we both really enjoyed the class. The only suggestion I might have concerns allowing people to enter through the back entrance. I think that when people come in through that entrance, it gives a poor first impression of your establishment. I know your place is a homey, Austin funky place, and I enjoy that. Just spiffing up that back entrance might assure a better first impression on new "inductees" and assure you of more repeat business. Thanks for sharing your expertise with us, we really enjoyed it!

I really enjoyed the class, but with 12 people I had trouble remembering individual names. Name tags would be good as well as brief introductions at the beginning. Learning about all the ingredients and general cooking techniques was informative and very useful. I hope to attend another class. Jam was excellent!

I was a little worried about the location, it's not in the best part of town and we had to park in the alley. But once there it was funky and fun.
