This year the dinner seemed a bit chaotic. Lots of good food, especially liked the pork/squash combo, scallops and Lime sorbet pairings. Would have loved a dark choc desert with the Syrah.

The only hitch-the wine makers could have made sure the next wine tasting sample was poured before our food arrived.

This class was a gift from my in-laws for my birthday. I am eager to visit again.

I appreciated the fact that each one of the chefs present were personable and had the gift of hospitality. It was evident to me that they did not only cook as a profession, but they were passionate people as well. Chef Carol is a gift herself and carries such grace in all she does.
