Please rate your satisfaction level with your entire Sizzleworks experience.: Chefs Carol, Joy, and Pam are extremely informative, and want to make sure you understand the techniques presented.

The food was: I have attended quite a few Sizzleworks classes since this last Fall and all the food recipes and techniques have greatly expanded my cooking universe. What is nice in that the class synopsis includes all the recipes for that class so if you don't prepare the menu ... you have it for the future. A lot less tedious than trying to look it up in a cookbook later.

The skills you learned were: I knew that you had to crush spices to bring out the flavor, but I didn't know you could toast or use whole to bring out other tastes.
