How did you learn about this particular class at Sizzleworks?: A friend invited me to come with her. I have seen Carol on PBS cooking shows and had heard her BIO and recognized the name Sizzleworks

Please rate your satisfaction level with your entire Sizzleworks experience.: It was a great way to spend 2 hours! learning, eating and asking questions and having others share their ideas too.

Did you have fun in the class?: Joy was so fun and entertaining! Loved her light-hearted, practical and uncomplicated attitude....infectious! Pam's comments and help were a plus!

The food was: Some new twists on old favorites, as well as some simple ,simple(brie not encroute), but pleasing soon to be favorites too (Wasabi and smoked salmon chips)! It was all good!

The skills you learned were: I definitely learned about some fun new tastes and products! Loved the quick, uncomplicated, "do as you go" attitude .I tend to want everything done ahead of time, no "last minute" ,etc.

Please rate your satisfaction level with the value you received from your class.: Perhaps one more light glass of wine would have made it highly satisfying! I plan to add to my education/entertianment list of fun things to do. I will definitely bring friends.
