Sian absolutely loved the class. She didn't know what to expect going in, and I think she may have thought it was going to be a lot less lecture/ information and a lot more of the students on their own trying to cut stuff up. The recipes were superb and Sian has already looked through the cookwise book to copy and take home as many recipes as she can! Thanks as always for a wonderful class! - Lauren |
