It would be very helpful if there was a mirror above the cooking area so that we could always see how the dish looked throughout cooking process.

I made stir fry last evening and for the first time ever it was really good. The asperagus was just tender, the beef was some what crispy and the sauce flvaour was so yummy. Thank you Chef Carol
