How did you learn about this particular class at Sizzleworks?: I've been cooking for my family for nearly 30 years & feel quite adept in the kitchen. I am always trying new recipes but also avoid some things like yeast-risen dough -- this class gave me the confidence to go for it. Also, the instruction clarified a couple techniques/cooking terms for me & introduced one or two new ingredients/brands.
