Additional comments and observations The atmosphere was: I was happy with the relaxed atmosphere and nobody made fun of me as I took pictures of the ingredients! Complexity of the recipes: Only complex to me as I have never cooked asian food, but class made me feel I could give it a try! The food was: Only thing I didn't like was the cilantro--had to pick it out of my food! Next time I will try to ask to dish mine out BEFORE it is put in. :) I enjoyed myself and had fun: Looking forward to the Dim Sum class!
