Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Great personality!!! The atmosphere was: It was good but a little unknowing of what we were suppose to be doing at first. Complexity of the recipes: They all tasted great and I think I could make them at home now for my family. The food was: It was all very enjoyable. The skills you learned were: The techniques of when to add things I think were very interesting and very useful. I enjoyed myself and had fun: I would do it again.
