The instructor was: It was actually 4 chefs, well ...teachers. And they were all entertaining!

The food was: As far as I can tell, the goods we canned will be very good. I haven't tried our wares yet.

The skills you learned were: Much more confident to do a canning project in my own home or with someone else now.
