The instructor was: Thanks for the tips on lightening the dishes and other vegetables we can use in the broccolli dish.

The atmosphere was: We seemed to all work well together a great class with a love of the food.

Complexity of the recipes: I still will will still need to get used to the wok and from last time feel more comfortable in the kitchen there.

The food was: I enjoyed every item and would definitely try them all many times instead of allways going out to enjoy them.

The skills you learned were: I can hardly wait to make the dishes learned last might.

The instructor was: Naomi always adds a little something extra. I liked the improved whole wheat dough.

Complexity of the recipes: It was scaled to the crowed. Not to difficult and not speaking down to the students.
