Additional comments and observations

The instructor was: I thoroughly enjoyed meeting you (Naomi). I was reminded of my sister Shelley and that is good. I thought you presented the material well; you were clear with instruction, voiced your opinions, gave thanks when do, an overall joy and I loved the fact that at the end your mother and father were there to clean up.

The atmosphere was: Perfect but cold. I'll bring a hoodie next time.

Complexity of the recipes: Since the fillings were already prepared most of the work had been done. All the same with your explanation of how the fillings were cooked I left with a sense of, "I can do this." Never knew there were so many wrappers.

The food was: My least favorite were the Money Bags. I thought they could have used more salt?

The skills you learned were: I am primarily a visual person, but most of my cooking has come from the written word. I have a tendency to put up mental roadblocks and Asian food is a prime example, so the class was very beneficial for me,

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I did enjoy myself and would definitely enroll in another class.

Additional comments and observations

The instructor was: Naomi was welcoming, friendly and full of tips and information important to success in the techniques.

Complexity of the recipes: I have some cooking skills; my husband has some also.

The food was: Naomi's plum sauce was delicious; all the other foods were very good. While I didn't like the packaged mix buns, I liked that Naomi included it in the course to understand what it was like and how to use it.

The skills you learned were: I feel better about what the concept of dim sum techniques are all about. I'm ready to explore more on my own.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: The other students were interesting and fun.
