Both of were very happy with the knife skills lesson. Thank you Toby. You were great! Sorry we had to leave before we ate. It looked so good, but we had to get to the airport.

Toby is a great teacher and created a really positive atmosphere in the evening class. I enjoyed learning the fundamental knife skills that open the door to more advanced cuts and I look forward to practicing them.

i should have taken this class earlier. It would have been nice to go over other types of knives and when they are used.
