Josh is a great instructor and clearly knows what he is doing. I liked that he is a local chef and has lots of experience in making sausages. The delicious, yummy snacks offered at the beginning of the class was a nice surprise. Thank you for offering aprons for students use. The assistants were nice, friendly and very pleasant. My friends, Andrej & Anna, carpooled with me from the eastside and as we were driving home and debriefing about the class last night. Here’s some of our thoughts, besides the hands on aspect of learning how to make sausages and how to use the equipment, we really appreciated the helpful hits from someone who has made lots of sausages and was able to explain how to avoid the pit falls. The other aspect of Josh that we liked is his passion for sausage making and for cooking in general. He definitely has the “fire in the belly” for the culinary arts! We would love to see more classes by Josh!

Great class. Josh is wonderful, knowledgable about making sausages, motivating and inspiring and very easy to talk to. I've made sausages but have had a lot if challenges. Josh has given us answers and great tips to make sausage-making do-able and fun. Please extend my thanks to him.
