The instructor was: Naomi was great, she engaged all of the attendees and had a great sense of humor as well.
The atmosphere was: Everyone was laughing and joking at some point or another (when they weren't stuffing their faces with the delicious sushi that they made, of course)
Complexity of the recipes: I never knew sushi could be so easy to make...Naomi did a great job of making everything understandable in what was practically a step-by-step process
The food was: The fillings were great, as was the sample of the salad that Naomi's mother made...everything was delicious!
The skills you learned were: I had a very vague idea how to prepare and make sushi before attending the class, but the skills that I learned from Naomi's instruction helped me to fine-tune my sushi making abilities (which were woefully inadequate before I began the class)
I enjoyed myself and had fun: Best $75 I've spent this year
