Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Not only the chef... but we love your sous chefs (mom, Linda...), also. The atmosphere was: Always a nice escape from the real world. I am so glad we did not have a moment of silence for Michael Jackson!! Complexity of the recipes: A nice balance between simple and complex. For someone like Steven, recipes can be frightening, but you guys bring it down to earth. The food was: Loved every dish. I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was fun hearing Steven's comments after his first time. Now he understands why I always leave with a smile on my face.
