Additional comments and observations

The instructor was: Naomi was informative and interactive with the students.

The atmosphere was: My friend and I were able to interact during the hands-on sections and were encouraged to do so.

Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were eas. However, the recipe for Sunomono (Cucumber Salad) was not provided in the hand-outs. As well a list of the unique asian items we should shop for in order to make the items we did were not included. That would have been helpful to have with the 10% off coupon we received for Uwajimaya.

The food was: Loved all the food!!!

The skills you learned were: We learned all the basics

I enjoyed myself and had fun: My friend and I had a GREAT time and look forward to taking another class.
