Jeff Doyle-Horney is an award winning piemaster, having won the Family Favorite Fruit Pie at the 2013 Wisconsin State Fair, as well as First Prize Winner and Best Of Division in the 2012 State Fair. He is a retired school teacher who currently is the resident pie baker at Gates & Brovi. His specialty is lattice-top fruit pies.

Pierre Ferland - Head Baker at Madison Sourdough Patisserie, received his training as a pâtissier in Quebec City, Canada, at the renowned Château Frontenac. His 30-plus years of experience span all phases of the baking industry. Pierre has a particular interest in creating and reinterpreting classic French pastries.

Sami Fgaier – Owner of Le Personal Chef, offering in-home dining  services and gourmet catering around the world; former owner and Executive Chef of Le Chardonnay Restaurant.

Tom Wolowik - a Fishmonger at Madison's Seafood Center for 15 years, he currently works at Bistro 101 in Mt. Horeb. Tom is now concentrating on Teaching cooking classes and catering small groups.

Barbara Wright - Owned the award winning Dardanelles Restaurant, a popular Mediterranean Restaurant on Monroe Street for almost 14 years. She is a past president of Madison Originals and now feeds the hungry masses at Holy Wisdom Seminary. She is a firm believer in eating a healthy diet of locally grown foods cooked with the exotic flavors of far away lands.
