Cancellation Policy:

Please note that we do not offer refunds, but honor a 48-hour cancellation policy.  Please note that starting January 1, 2026, this will change to a 72-hour cancellation policy.  If you purchased your class before January 1, 2026 you qualify for the 48-hour cancellation policy.

We are a small business, and each class requires advance preparation. We purchase fresh ingredients specifically for your class and schedule our instructors and staff based on confirmed attendance. Last-minute cancellations directly impact both our costs and our team. Your understanding helps us continue offering high-quality classes to the community.

48-Hour Cancellation Window (72-hour starting January 1, 2026)

We do not offer refunds. However, if you need to cancel your class, you may do so 48 hours (2 days) or more before the start of class and receive an account credit in the amount you paid. You may transfer your spot in class to anyone (age-appropriate per the class). Credits reflect only the amount paid at enrollment.

Discounts, promo codes, and vouchers are not reissued and may not be applied to future class purchases. No credit is issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before class. No exceptions to this policy, including illness.  You may transfer your spot to anyone as long as they are within the age for the respective class.

Illness Policy

If you’re unwell, please stay home for your safety and the safety of others. If you notify us 48+ hours before class, you may cancel and receive an account credit. If you become sick within 48 hours of class, we cannot offer a credit or refund. However, you are always welcome to send a guest in your place, because we understand these things do happen. Simply contact us with their name.

While it is not in our nature to say no, we cannot accommodate last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, or day-of emergencies. Thank you for understanding that we must adhere to our policies to run our classes effectively.

Transfers

You may transfer your spot to another person. Please call us with the new attendee’s name so we can change the reservation. Note: Students enrolled in series courses may not transfer their enrollment to another person.

Late Arrivals

Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be permitted to join the class. Admission after the start time is at the sole discretion of the instructor and management, based on class flow and safety. No refunds or credits are provided for late arrivals or missed classes. If a student loses participation time due to late arrival, we are unable to extend or modify class time.

10-Week Adult Series Courses Make-Up Policy: The following applies to 10-week Adult Series only. Does not apply to camps or 4-week series.

- You are permitted one (1) make-up class per series.

- You must notify us at least 72 hours before the missed session.

- Make-up classes are subject to availability in classes covering similar topics.

 - No additional make-ups will be offered under any circumstances.
