Cancellation Policy:

Please note that we do not offer refunds for classes purchased, but honor a 48-hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel your class before 48 hours, you will receive a class credit for the amount you paid in your account, not a refund.  If you cancel within 48 hours, you will NOT receive a credit or a refund.  We are a reservation-based school, and our classes require purchasing of ingredients and adequate staffing ahead of time, which is based on class attendance.  Class credits are not valid for Gift Certificates, Private Events or Merchandise.  Any promotional discounts cannot be re-used if a student cancels a class, student will receive an account credit only for the amount paid if cancelling before the 48 hour cancellation period.

Late Arrival Policy

Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be permitted to join the class. Admission after the start time is at the sole discretion of the instructor and management, based on class flow and safety. No refunds or credits are provided for late arrivals or missed classes. If a student loses participation time due to late arrival, we are unable to extend or modify class time.
